Currently, shipping is to the United Kingdom only.

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. In the unlikely event that your order should take longer than this, we will inform you in advance.

RETURNS

We hope that you are delighted with your items! However, if you do wish to return anything, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact hello@nestandnook.co.uk

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging . We are not able to refund postage charges. Postage for returns are at the customers cost.

Please note: it is recommended that items are securely packaged and you purchase courier insurance when returning items. We cannot be liable for any damages during transit for returns and a claim would need to be made with your courier should this happen. We are not able to process a refund for items that arrive to us damaged.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@nestandnook.co.uk. Do not dispose of the damaged item as our courier will need photographic evidence of the item and the packaging that your order arrived in so we are able to make a claim.

Please ensure that you check your order as soon as it arrives. We cannot make a claim for damaged items if you do not inform us with 7 days of receipt of the item.
